Maybelline Instant Anti-Age Concealer (02 Nude and 06 Sand)

Hi guys!

Just a quick swatch of one of the best concealers I have used during 2020 - Maybelline Instant Anti-age! Sand 07 is my winter shade and Nude 02 is my summer one.

Please bear in mind I have got very dark under eye circles and I don't have the time to mix an orange one and a lighter one in the morning. Despite using it on its own, I would say it has got a medium coverage. 

If I compare it to MAC Pro longwear concealer, it is not as drying (and not super full coverage as well) but it doesn't last as long.

After 8 hours of wear it doesn't disappear, you can tell you have been wearing it the whole day because it starts fading a bit, nothing major anyway! :) You still have some coverage.

I will definitely keep purchasing it because of its great quality, beacuse it is anti-age and because it is reasonably priced.

Actually, I noticed I prefer using the Maybelline instant anti-age during the week (especially during the winter) because it is less drying than the MAC one. I tend to reach for the MAC pro longwear during the weekend, especially if I am going out - obviously this doesn't apply to these last 9 months of Covid-19 pandemic!

MAC Pro longwear concealer (NC25 and NW25)

Hi there! Long time no see! How have you been? Ready to say goodbye to 2020? I am SO ready to leave this horrible year behind! LOL :-D

I just popped in for a quick swatch, hopefully somebody will find it useful.

If you are somebody struggling with very dark under eye circles, MAC PRO LONGWEAR is the concealer you are looking for. I have used at least 6 bottles of this product and I can't get enough.

It is by far the best concealer I have ever used. You don't need to mix an orange concealer and a lighter one - you just need a swipe of the tiniest amount of pro longwear to get rid of your dark circles for the whole day. I can guarantee that after 10 hours of wear, this concealer won't move at all.

I have dry skin and combination on my T-zone, so this concealer can be a little bit drying during the winter, but I still set it with a little bit of powder because it doesn't really bother me. I guess that is what I have to pay for that huge staying power :)

I am NC25 during the winter and NW25 during the summer. Here are the swatches:

Salmon Concealer & Treatment - Light

Ragazze, questo post lo dedico a chi, come me, ha l'odiosissimo problema delle occhiaie evidenti.

In tutta onestà, c'è una cosa senza la quale non uscirei MAI di casa: il correttore! Le occhiaie mi tormentano da sempre ma ho trovato due/tre cosine che fanno davvero miracoli!

Non posso non parlarvi di questo fantastico correttore color salmone:

Prezzo acquistandolo da Ebay: 36€ (40$ / 30€ + Spedizione Standard Int'l Shipping 8$ / 6€). Personalmente, l'ho acquistato dal venditore VivaBeautiful di Ebay.

Ho preferito il vasetto da 6.2 g per ammortizzare le spese di spedizione (con la Standard Int'l Shipping arriva nel giro di 25 giorni). E' sicuramente più conveniente della cialdina da 3.25 g che costa 26€ (+ i 31€ di spedizione!!)

- Giudizio:

Adoro questo correttore perché, a differenza del Full Coverage Concealer di Kiko,  non è secco, anzi è piuttosto idratante. Non va nelle pieghe ma va fissato con la cipria, altrimenti vi ritrovate senza correttore di sera :)

Copre bene ed è molto confortevole, mi piace molto. Nei giorni in cui ho le occhiaie davvero

scure preferisco mischiarlo al Full Coverage Concealer di Kiko (tonalità 02)

con cui mi trovo discretamente. Ovviamente, la qualità di Eve Pearl non è neanche lontanamente paragonabile al correttore Kiko. Inoltre, vi durerà un'infinità di tempo. Io lo uso quotidianamente da due mesi ed è praticamente nuovo.

Un consiglio: se anche voi avete una carnagione di colore medio, sarete in dubbio tra la colorazione Light e Medium di Eve Pearl ma il medium è davvero troppo scuro. Mi è capitato di vederlo nel video You Tube di una ragazza molto scura, quindi suppongo che sia adatto alle pelli olivastre. 

Spero di essere stata esaustiva :) 

Datemi pure qualche dritta su correttori di questo tipo perché sono alla perenne ricerca del correttore perfetto! :)
